FAQ
1. About Product:
l All the products are 100% Authentic, and we provide Entrupy Certificate of Authentication (only for certain bags, please see the below list). If you need one, that will cost extra 4800 Japanese Yen.
*Brands: Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Goyard, Dior, Gucci, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Balenciaga, Chloé, Prada, Coach, Givenchy, Valentino, MCM, Ferragamo, Loewe (but not all Hermes).
l Our products also are selling at different platforms, and all of our products are vintage one-of-a-kind, so sorry that we do not accept any request about holding products.
2. About Payment:
l All prices listed include consumption tax.
l Payment methods:
The following payment methods are available right now:
PayPal payment (which means our customers need a Paypal account)、Bank Transfer (transfer to our Japan bank) and Cash.
3. About Shipment
l Shipping fee
I. All products are free shipping in Japan, and 3000Yen/each item for international orders
II. For Japan address, the products will be shipping out within 2 work days by Japan Post
III. For international address, the products will be shipping after the payment confirmed 3-7 days by EMS. We will use the email to confirm the address is correct.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost.
l When can I received my product?
We will inform you of the shipping company and the delivery inquiry number once the products had been shipped out. For specific date, please go on the Shipping website for more information.
4. About Canceling
Basically, we cannot accept cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.
5. About Refunds
Basically, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, only except below cases:
l The product is not the one our customer ordered.
l There is a noticeable damage that didn’t show in the pictures and the products cannot be used due to this damage (wrinkles due to processing, delivery, or storage, out of shape excluding others)
l Wrong information (for example, size) showed and that is not the one our customer wants
*If there is a request, please contact with us within 2 days from the date of arrival. Please return all items delivered.
What kind of cases that cannot be return or exchange:
l Damages due to shipment company, other third parties or customer. All the package procedures will be filmed before shipping.
l The tag of our store (Graden Vintage) is missing
l Any accessories to the products are missing.
l Products that purchased face-to-face in Graden Vintage store.
l Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items or lucky bag products.
6. About the information of the products.
l Pictures: Usually, we take the pictures including, the full set(all the accessories showed in the picture belong to the product), front, back, Sides, Corners, Handles, Hardware, Zippers, Logo, all the pockets.
Please note: Due to different devices, the image of the product may slightly different from the actual color. We will not treat the color of the image as a defect of our company.
l Measurement: All the number will be measure in CM
